40% subsidy assistance subject to a maximum of Rs.2.00 lakh and 60% subsidy for Women/SC/ST subject to a maximum of Rs.3 lakh in the total estimated cost of Rs.5.00 lakh will be provided for replacement of wooden crafts into FRP boats.
a. Beneficiary should be a owner of registered non motorized wooden traditional craft.
b. The craft should be registered with Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare Department and possess valid licence for fishing.
c. Should be a member of Fishermen Co- operative Society.
1. Duly filled in application in the prescribed format with passport size photograph of the beneficiary.
2. Beneficiary should produce a Demand draft for 60% beneficiary contribution.
3. Copy of Registration certificate of the craft
4. Copy of Fishermen Cooperative Society membership certificate.
5. Copy of Fishermen Biometric identity card
6. Copy of smart card.
7. Photograph of the registered boat.
8. Copy of Aadhaar card
